This September, I'm walking 84km for the 84 people who die from pancreatic cancer every 3 days in the UK.
Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer in the UK.
Right now, 31 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day in the UK.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 84km remember those we've lost, and stand with those affected by pancreatic cancer.

For my mum, Teresa. Pancreatic cancer may have taken you from this world, but it could never take away the love you gave us or the memories we hold so tightly. Twelve years later, I still wish I could hear your voice, have one more hug, and tell you just how much I love you. There are so many moments I wish you were here to see. Every mile I walk this September is for you. For your courage. For your strength. For your memory. And for the hope that one day no family will have to lose someone they love to this cruel disease. Until we meet again, Mum. I carry you with me every single step. 💜
