In loving memory of

To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die
Support my challenge to fight for a world without pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm walking 84km for the 84 people who die from pancreatic cancer every 3 days in the UK.
Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer in the UK.
Right now, 31 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day in the UK.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 84km remember those we've lost, and stand with those affected by pancreatic cancer.
Please make a donation to support me, and together...
We will remember them. We will honour them. We will fight for them.

Tammies mum was one in a million. She was in the hospice when I met her but everyone who knew her tell me that she was kind, generous had a bizarre sense of humour (this passed on thru Tammie) loved her animals and loud music and was fiercely independent. Tammie has some beautiful memories too remember but,you can’t hug a memory. We often wonder if she would still be with us causing chaos if Pancreatic cancer hadn’t taken her from us. Pancreatic cancer has so little funding we try and do something every September. Not only honouring awareness but as September 13th is the anniversary of her passing. So there you go,our reason for fundraising in memory of a one in a million lady. Thankyou.
