I’m fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK

November is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month and I’m fundraising to help drive research breakthroughs that could save lives.

Pancreatic cancer has been left behind. Survival rates have improved enormously for most cancers.

Sadly, for pancreatic cancer, this is not the case. Currently, more than half of people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer die within 3 months. This is unacceptable.

The funds I raise could support research into early detection and better treatments, and provide health professionals with the tools they need to spot patients’ symptoms earlier.

When my Aunty Liz was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, it hit our family like a ton of bricks. This year has been a difficult one for us all, but my Aunty has displayed incredible courage, resilience, and strength throughout it all.

Pancreatic Cancer UK is doing incredible work to support patients and families affected by this disease. They're funding research, providing resources, and offering crucial support at a time when it's needed the most. By fundraising for them, I hope to contribute to their mission of improving outcomes for pancreatic cancer patients.
