This September, I will be walking 84km for the 84 people who die from pancreatic cancer every 3 days in the UK.
Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer in the UK.
Right now, 31 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day in the UK.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 84km remember those we've lost, and stand with those affected by pancreatic cancer.

Hi Everyone, During September I’ll be supporting Pancreatic Cancer Uk by walking 84Km. This is to acknowledge the 84 people who are diagnosed every 3 days in the Uk. It’s a charity very close to my heart. Last year we lost one of my oldest and dearest friends Sally. She was fun, beautiful and one of the most stylish women! We love and miss her. Even now it feels like a shock writing this - which is the awful thing about this cancer - it takes people swiftly. This year we lost my mums best friend and all round good’n Margaret. Margaret was a justice driven women with a huge heart. Again swiftly taken. I’ll be thinking of them in my walks and hoping that others can get the support and expert information they need.
