In loving memory of
Pearl Bailey
To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die
Please support my challenge to create a world where people at least stand a chance when diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
This September, I'm walking 140km for the 140 people who die from pancreatic cancer every 5 days in the UK.
Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer in the UK.
Right now, 31 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day in the UK.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 140km remember those we've lost, and stand with those affected by pancreatic cancer.
I lost my mum, Pearl Bailey, almost 30 years ago. Had she survived she would have been celebrating her 90th birthday today!
Research is no more advanced today than it was when she passed - this needs to change!
If you are able to support this cause you’ll be making a huge difference to so many. Who knows it may be you or me one day.
Please make a donation to support me, and together we can remember my mum and help those suffering with this dreadful disease.
We will remember them. We will honour them. We will fight for them.
