In the short ten years I was lucky enough to know Judith, it was clear from the very first moment that she carried a light all of her own. She was the life and soul of every gathering — the one whose laughter lifted the room, whose humour softened the hard days, and whose kindness stitched people together. Judith wasn’t just fun‑loving; she was love‑giving — a devoted member of the family, a loyal friend to more people than most of us could ever count, and a source of joy to everyone fortunate enough to cross her path. She was loved by many, cherished by many, and now missed by many. Her absence is felt deeply, but her presence remains — in the stories we tell, the smiles she sparked, and the memories she gifted us. Judith will never be forgotten. Her spirit lives on in all of us who had the privilege of calling her family, friend, and bright soul.

Walking was something we had always done and it seems appropriate to walk to support this fundraiser, recalling Jan along the way.

In memory of my beautiful Stella and for all the walks we never got to do together. Nearly a year now, I miss you massively and it doesn't get any better.

I am raising funds for my brother Andy who sadly passed away from Pancreatic cancer two years ago he had just retired and turned 60 😞

Tammies mum was one in a million.She was in the hospice when I met her but everyone who knew her tell me that she was kind,generous had a bizarre sense of humour (this passed on thru Tammie) loved her animals and loud music and was fiercely independent. Tammie has some beautiful memories too remember but,you can’t hug a memory.We often wonder if she would still be with us causing chaos if Pancreatic cancer hadn’t taken her from us. Pancreatic cancer has so little funding we try and do something every September. Not only honouring awareness but as September 13th is the anniversary of her passing. So there you go,our reason for fundraising in memory of a one in a million lady. Thankyou.
