Support my challenge to fight for a world without pancreatic cancer
In September, I’ll be walking / running 140km to raise money and awareness for pancreatic cancer.
Having known family and friends who have sadly lost family members to this terrible disease, this challenge is very personal to me, and I want this challenge to be a way of remembering and honouring these people.
As an oncology dietitian, I also have the privilege of supporting people with pancreatic cancer and their families as part of my work. I’ve seen first-hand the impact and challenges that this diagnosis can bring, and I've met many incredibly strong people.
So throughout September l’m walking / running 140Km to remember those we have lost, support those currently facing pancreatic cancer, and for all the families and loved ones walking alongside them.
