I'm fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK in memory of my mum who sadly passed away last year, only 5 weeks after diagnosis... she was 58 years young with so many memories yet to create! Taken suddenly and far too soon...

Pancreatic cancer is tough to diagnose, tough to treat and tough to research. Please support me and help make a difference to those affected by pancreatic cancer. Through research, earlier diagnosis may just be possible!

Walking challenge update 💜

Just an update on my progress 💪

I have been walking every day after work to achieve my 30 mile target 💜

I was poorly for a few days, so have been catching up by doing an extra 2 miles a day instead of 1, meaning I will still reach my goal of 30 miles in 30 days in memory of my mum 💜 

I am also 2 months smoke free and, although this isn't part of my fundraising challenge, I'm very happy I can say this during Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month 💜💪

Raising awareness of Pancreatic Cancer in memory of my wonderful mum 💜

I am fundraising again for Pancreatic Cancer awareness month throughout November. I'm doing this to help raise awareness of this horrible disease and hopefully raise some money to make early diagnosis a possibility! With more awareness and earlier diagnosis, my mum could have still been here today. We knew for only 5 short weeks that this illness was invading her body all because the symptoms are vague, meaning early diagnosis is difficult... with more research, this can change! 

I will not only be walking an extra mile each day after work throughout November, but also doing other fundraising activities throughout the month so keep your eyes on my page for updates 💕
