Support my challenge to fight for a world without pancreatic cancer
This September, we are walking 84km for the 84 people who die from pancreatic cancer every 3 days in the UK.
Sarah and I are taking on this challenge to support one of our very close friends and as always, true friends stick together.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 84km to stand with those affected by pancreatic cancer.

This is a very cruel cancer and I don't think testing earlier could have helped my Sister. Fell ill in and diagnosed February 2025, died May 2025. Invasive treatment could have made a few weeks difference but she opted out. Didn't even reach pension age! A good 'symptoms check list ' would be an idea and advice not to ignore certain digestives issues.
