Hilary was the light of my life and was snatched away from me in March. She was a warm, generous soul who was always happy to help others in need. It is fitting to raise money in her memory to help improve the early diagnosis and improved treatment for others of this devastating disease
Support my challenge to fight for a world without pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm walking 84km for the 84 people who die from pancreatic cancer every 3 days in the UK.
Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer in the UK.
Right now, 31 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day in the UK.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 84km remember those we've lost, and stand with those affected by pancreatic cancer.

My lovely wife, Hilary, died in March leaving a big hole in my life after 47 years of marriage. 5 months later and the hole hasn’t shrunk at all. Signing up for the 84km walk in September is the least I can do in her memory. I am overwhelmed by the generosity and love of my donors.
