I am fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
Dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer totally out of the blue after having jaundice in mid February. He'd had no symptoms before and apart from his accident in January, had been totally fit and strong. Due to the fact that pancreatic cancer often has no symptoms until it is too late he was diagnosed at stage 4 which meant that it is uncureable. He was offered chemotherapy which would have a 20% chance of shrinking the tumor to give him a few more months with us, but this was withdrawn after the pandemic broke out and he's now too ill to have it. I don't want anyone else to go through the hell that we have and hope that there will be a point when the illness can be diagnosed earlier to allow people to have a fighting chance of beating this awful disease. I appreciate that this is a difficult time for everyone but apreciate any donation that you can make. Diolch/ Thank you. Let's do this for Rhys! Xx
