I am fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
Hi everyone! On the 3rd of October i will be running in the Belfast marathon, something I’ve always been keen on for a few years now. It will be very challenging as I’ve only gave myself 4 weeks of training. This is due to a last minute idea as friend who was meant to participate couldn’t, kindly transferring his position over to me! All that being said, nothing will be as challenging as overcoming cancer and the exhausting battle that many people have to/ will go through. I sadly lost my uncle just over a week ago to this particular cancer his bravery and courage amazed me, right up till the very end he put up a fight regardless of the fact he knew his fate was already decided. I will be running the marathon in memory of him as well as to raise awareness of Pancreatic cancer. It is tough to diagnose, tough to treat and tough to research. Please support me and help make a difference to pancreatic cancer. Any donation is really appreciated ❤️
