I'm fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month

Some of you may know that earlier this year I lost my Nanny Sue after a short battle with illness. This comes just over 15 years after we lost my Gramp to the same horrible illness. And while they had lived full and meaningful lives, it still feels like a cruelty that they both passed away of something so aggressive, arguably prematurely.

Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer. More than half of people die within three months of diagnosis.

Survival rates for other cancers have improved dramatically in recent years. But decades of underfunding mean we still don’t have the tests and treatments to tackle this disease. People with pancreatic cancer have been overlooked and ignored for far too long.

That’s why I’m fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK and I'd really appreciate your support. Your donations will support vital, world-leading research, ensure specialist nurses are there to take more calls and fuel campaigns to drive positive change.

Together, we will bring more than hope to people affected by pancreatic cancer.

My donations could fund...

6

hours with a nurse on our support line

2

hours of early diagnosis research

My Updates

We're off!

And we're off! The miles have begun.
I want to say a huge thank you again to everyone who's donated. I am truly overwhelmed by the support shown. To say I am humbled by and grateful for each and every view, share and donation is an understatement and more than a few tears have been shed.

And thank you to those who have offered to join me on this adventure accompanying me on miles, I will certainly be taking you up on the offer!

This weekend was a long and hard one, and while I didn't make many if any miles towards this challenge, we faced a challenge of another kind. And off the back of this weekend I want to say thank you and I love you to my dad for his continued support and strength during what has been an extremely trying few months for the whole family. I love you to the moon and back. Xx

Thank you!

I just want to say a huge thank you to the people who have donated to my fundraiser so far! And thank you to anyone donating in future.

It means the absolute world to me and my family x

I'd like to ask that you keep sharing to reach as many potential donors as possible.

Thank you millions d
