Working out to raise awareness & funds

I'm fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.

This starts with a lovely family that needs everyone’s support & love. At a time where we feel pretty useless, running with so much love for them feels the right thing to do. 

I want to run three times a week if I can. This should mean that I can complete the Couch to 5K in nine weeks. I have allowed myself longer as life can get busy with two young children. Wish me luck! I’ll be running with love for you lot, you know who you are. 


We are Pancreatic Cancer UK.

We go above and beyond for everyone affected by this disease. Right now, half of people with pancreatic cancer die within three months of diagnosis. Families are left with only hope to hold onto. They need more. So, we do more.

We bring more breakthroughs through research, more change through campaigning, and more support through our expert nurses. We make more noise because people have gone unheard. We are relentless because the disease is ruthless. We care more because people feel forgotten.

Exercise update

After getting hold of an exercise bike I have decided to change things up a little. I pledge to exercise for thirty minutes for 5 days each week, seven days being the ultimate goal. I am having to rethink an exercise regime that I can better fit around work schedules & the children. I start tomorrow. Woo hoo!
