7km today 🎉 my longest one yet! My back hadn’t been hurting doing 4/5km anymore so I thought I would do a bit longer today! Just 25km to go to complete the challenge

I have really enjoyed getting out for these walks and pushing myself to go further( which often hurts my back so i avoid) and hopefully will carry on walking more now I have more confidence that I can do it without all the pain if I do it sensibly 🤣

Half way through the challenge and really enjoying the walks my back seems to have adapted to 5km now a bit better too so sticking with that for now. Finding it very therapeutic to get out on these walks 💜 Share
