My Updates

Day 30 of 30 completed.

Well, that's the last day of November and the last day of mine and Danielle's walking challenge to raise much needed funds for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
60 miles each completed and its been worth every minute.
Looking forward to a new challenge in the New Year.

Day 6 and is a little bit on the dark side......,note to self: get out there earlier!

Today is day 6 of my challenge for raising funds during November and whether it's rain or shine I'll be walking every day (2 miles per day) for Pancreatic Cancer UK and today Danielle and I were a little late setting off for our walk today, consequently was a little dark, so to be safe we did a couple of laps around our block. (Each lap is 1.4 miles)

Please sponsor me in this cause, and every single pound counts, because there needs to be more research into this terrible disease and without PCUKs support and the expertise of Kings College Hospital London, my lovely wife Danii wouldn't be here today.

We are lucky that Danii was able to beat Pancreatic Cancer, and with your help, others could too!.  Thank you.

Day 5 completed at Capstone Country Park, Chatham.

Today is day 5 of my challenge for raising funds during November and whether it's rain or shine I'll be walking every day (2 miles per day) for Pancreatic Cancer UK and today Danielle and I found ourselves at Capstone Country Park in Chatham.  We completed 6 laps of the lake seeing as it was a lovely sunny day we just didn't want to stop!  That said, I'm totally beat and looking forward to a nice long soak in the bath.  Wonder where tomorrow will take us?

Day 4 of my Challenge to raise funds for Pancreatic Cancer UK.

Today is day 4 of my challenge for raising funds during November and whether it's rain or shine I'll be walking every day (2 miles per day) for Pancreatic Cancer UK and today Danielle and I found ourselves down in Littlestone on sea.  A nice but very wet and windy walk along the beachside.

Day 3 and its a wet one.............again!

Raining yet again, but that's not going to stop us going out and walking.

Today is day 2 of 30.......

Today is day 2 of my challenge for raising funds during November and whether it's rain or shine I'll be walking every day (2 miles per day) for Pancreatic Cancer UK.  Today was planned to be 8 laps of Capstone Country Park but advice from the park rangers was not to do it today for safety reason due to storm Cearàn, so to stay safe Danielle and I walked around our block, avoiding the tree debris and flyaway wheelie bins!!!
Please sponsor me in this cause because there needs to be more research into this terrible disease and without their support my lovely wife Danii wouldn't be here today. Thank you.

Day 1 completed.

So I've got day 1 completed, just another 29 days to go!  Tomorrow sees 8 laps of Capstone Country Park lake!

Today is day 1 of 30.

Today I start my challenge for raising funds during November whether it's rain or shine I'll be walking every day (at least 2 miles per day) for Pancreatic Cancer UK.  Please sponsor me in this cause because there needs to be more research into this terrible disease and without their support my lovely wife Danielle wouldn't be here today. Thank you.
