I'm fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.

Every day in the UK, 24 people lose their lives to pancreatic cancer. This devastating disease is often diagnosed too late, leaving far too many without a fighting chance. A year ago, my lovely father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and during that time, I was shocked to learn how underfunded this disease is. Despite having the lowest survival rate of all common cancers, pancreatic cancer receives only 3% of the total cancer research budget. I am eternally grateful for the incredible care and support my father has received, but I know many families aren’t as fortunate. That’s why I’m taking on Challenge 24 — to raise awareness and funds to make a difference for those battling this disease and their loved ones. Only 8 more days left of cycling, a few of my recent cycles have been super slow because of being a bit under the weather but I still keep going! 

Over a Third of the way there!

Having completed 9 rides so far, I am happy to say I am over a third of the way there! It has been great fun but hard work so far. Luckily I had some company in Henley the first few days! I am looking forward to my next 15 rides very much.
