This September, I'm walking 84km for the 84 people who die from pancreatic cancer every 3 days in the UK.
Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer in the UK.
Right now, 31 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day in the UK.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 84km remember those we've lost, and stand with those affected by pancreatic cancer.

Today, I am having my 1st rest day. Just returned from a holiday in Austria, where I completed 39k of my target 84k between 1st and 7th September 2026. My day of rest coincides with my late husband (Travis) and my wedding anniversary. It would have been our 53rd. I lost my dear husband from this terrible disease just before our 47th anniversary.
