We had a great night with family and friends - it was fantastic to have Liam and Owen playing music as well as Ted, Rob, Tim and myself. Thanks to Ted for the kit, Sharon who ran the venue - her and team were also fantastic; and to Tim, Rob and Sara and Bev for helping  put the event together.

We beat our target of £2000 - I think we did Nigel proud.  Thank you everyone xx

Update from Saturday’s event

Venue address - original one was incorrect

All - the venue is called Leytonstone Social, but its the Leytonstone & District Ex-Servicemen's Club, 2 Harvey Road, London E11 3DB, not the original address I had down for it.  

I've also been asked about parking.  I believe the restrictions are lifted after 2pm but its a busy High Street so it will be hard to park - there is a car park at Leytonstone Underground with about 60 spaces, but its a short walk from there.
