Support my challenge to fight for a world without pancreatic cancer

Over the month of September, I'm taking part in Pancreatic Cancer UK’s Remember September challenge and I'll be walking 140km to fight for a world without pancreatic cancer.
This is something very close to my heart since, as a family, our world was turned upside down with my brother Gavin’s pancreatic cancer diagnosis at Christmas. He has just completed a gruelling 6 months of chemotherapy and I couldn’t be prouder. We’re feeling hopeful for an amazing treatment response, but everyone fighting this aggressive disease needs more treatment options.
My fundraising efforts will support cutting-edge research to improve early diagnosis and treatments, specialist nurse Support Line and support services for people affected by pancreatic cancer across the UK.

I’m walking 140km this September for my amazing brother Gavin who is now on month 7 of chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer. He’s keeps stepping forward, showing up for chemotherapy every 2 weeks regardless of how he’s feeling, so I’m taking my inspiration from him and putting my best foot forward each day for this challenge. Thinking of everyone else doing this challenge for, or in memory of, family and friends. Big love!
