I am fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
Having been diagnosed this clearly is close to home. 24 people a day die from this silent assassin.
Having completed 24 runs last year I am now looking to complete two hikes and a kayak event. The South Downs Way (102 mile hike in 5 days) in May, the infamous Devizes to Westminster kayak route (125 miles in 4 days) in June and finally the Ridgeway (86 miles in 4 days) in July.
3 challenges over 3 months over 313 miles over 13 days- 24 a day on average
'Almost 13 marathons in 13 days'
No idea if I can achieve this while still under going chemotherapy but I will be supported by my family and great friends.
