Treggy 7 at 70

By Keith Knight

I'm fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.

Amongst others, Pancreatic Cancer took Steve Jobs, Alan Rickman, John Hurt and Aretha Franklin. It also took my Father in Law, David Morgan. I am running the "Treggy 7" in his memory and to raise some funds for Pancreatic Cancer UK. Please donate to help them with their endeavours in combating this insidious cancer.

Many Thanks, Keith

We are Pancreatic Cancer UK.

We go above and beyond for everyone affected by this disease. Right now, half of people with pancreatic cancer die within three months of diagnosis. Families are left with only hope to hold onto. They need more. So, we do more.

We bring more breakthroughs through research, more change through campaigning, and more support through our expert nurses. We make more noise because people have gone unheard. We are relentless because the disease is ruthless. We care more because people feel forgotten.

My donations could fund...

21 hours with a nurse on our Support Line

or

9 hours of early diagnosis research

My Updates

A month to go!

Well Treggy 7 is a month away.  Prep is going well and Pancreatic Cancer running top is on its way.  Been looking at various sources for prep tips.  Overwhelming amount of info out there now.  I don't think my running style has changed much since I cracked the Saltash half in 1hr 30.5mins but I was 28 then!  Still I'll use some of the tips!

Prep going well...despite the heat

In this hot weather the treadmill is paying dividends.  Getting the miles in and staying cooler (relatively)!  Also been getting a hill in before Badminton on a Thursday so the climb into Tregadillet won't be a shock.  Probably have a look at the real thing soon!  Motivation for the charity very strong.  Must get my gear from then soon.  Cheers, Keith
