I am fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.

In memory of the bravest man i have ever known. My first Love, my hero, my Daddy Bob 

The past year has been tough in more ways than one and there have been times that all I wanted was my dad. He was the glue to my family, everyones protector, always ensuring we were ok even when we didn't deserve it.

I have only survived it due to my beautiful daughter and his raising me to be strong and independent something I am proud of.

 I'm not naive to the fact that everyone is going through some sort of shit storm in life but this is my shit storm and it sucks so if I can help to make it better for just one person or family then i'm going to try.

This disease is cruel, i have seen the affects of it and how it can destroy the strongest of men, it continues to affect my family in many ways.

last year i took part in 10,000 steps a day in November challenge, this year i wanted to do the same but due to me clicking the wrong button (lol) i had to work with doing miles. 

so i will be doing 5 miles (this works out at roughly 10,000 steps) a day for the whole of November but i will also be restricting my diet to NO CARBS !! (Anyone who knows me will know i'm a carb queen)
