Remember September 2026

To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die

Support my challenge to fight for a world without pancreatic cancer

This September, I'm walking 84km for the 84 people who die from pancreatic cancer every 3 days in the UK.

Alongside my usual running kms, I'm challenging myself to extend my walks, explore new routes, including the Edale Skyline (20 miles which is planned with friends) to cover the 84km.

My aim is simple - to remember my Mum and raise money for research, with a hope that less people have to fight Pancreatic Cancer in the future.

This year marks 15 years since we said goodbye and with September being my birthday month it seemed that the 'Remember September' challenge was meant to be.

-----------------------------------------

Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer in the UK.

Right now, 31 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day in the UK.

We will remember them. We will honour them. We will fight for them.

The Edale Skyline

Yesterday I walked the Edale Skyline, 34km. A beautiful yet challenging walk. 9.5 hours start to finish. Laughs along the way with some great friends but inevitably some tired and aching legs today. It may be a few days before I track much more than the school run!
