This September, I'm walking 148 for the 140 people who die from pancreatic cancer every 5 days in the UK.
Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer in the UK.
Right now, 31 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day in the UK.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 84km remember those we've lost, and stand with those affected by pancreatic cancer.

As a pancreatic cancer survivor I am walking not only to remember my friend Jackie who passed 11years ago with this devastating cancer but also to stand alongside everyone currently fighting pancreatic cancer. I’m Incredibly grateful to be here to take these steps and I’m walking in hope for all those affected by this cruel disease. Here’s to all the survivors, those still fighting, those supporting their loved ones and those we carry in our hearts 💜. Let’s keep raising awareness, funding research and fighting for a future where pancreatic cancer can be detected earlier and one day can be beaten. I am very proud to be raising money for every one of us and this amazing charity
