Support my challenge to fight for a world without pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm walking 84km for the 84 people who die from pancreatic cancer every 3 days in the UK.
Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer in the UK.
Right now, 31 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day in the UK.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 84km remember those we've lost, and stand with those affected by pancreatic cancer.

I'm doing this challenge in memory of my husband Del, who passed away in April 2025 after two misdiagnosis, three end of life speeches and a sixteen month gruelling battle to this disease. No one should have to suffer like this and have the sheer uncertainty of do I have it or don't I have it for eight long months. Del you are loved an missed every day i am here. You will never be forgotten and will never be alone after joining your mum in your heavenly place while you wait for me. You will live in my heart until we meet again.
