We're fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK in honor of Nigel Askew.

On Wednesday 27th August we are holding a charity golf day in aid of Pancreatic Cancer UK.

Pibs' brother, Nigel, died from neuroendocrine cancer of the pancreas in March 2024.

Nigel was a dedicated family man, loved his local community in Geddington, in the 80/90s was Kettering’s celebrity hairdresser, was full of life, had the very best soul, always up for a laugh, and ….. whilst enthusiastic ……. absolutely terrible at golf.

26th August would have been Nigel’s 60th birthday ….. so this is the perfect time to bring together his friends, generous people and businesses for a day of friendly competition, bad swings and good memories in his honour. If we can raise some money to support pancreatic cancer research and awareness so much the better!

For anyone not able to be there, or who has been affected by this awful disease that is, so tragically, not usually diagnosed until it's too far advanced, a small donation would make really help.
