This September, I'm walking 200km for all the people who die from pancreatic cancer every year in the UK.
Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer in the UK.

 Right now, 31 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day in the UK.

So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 200km to remember those we've lost, and stand with those affected by pancreatic cancer.

Below is a message from Amanda’s sister, I’ve known them both for many years now and sadly Amanda passed away back in 2019 from this awful disease. My walk will be in memory of Amanda and all those we have lost to this disease. Good luck Harry. Sadly I know how quick this terrible disease can progress after losing my sister Mandy to it. Hopefully the money raised will help towards a faster diagnosis and give others a chance to fight it.

Days 1 - 15

Day 15 update

I’m now halfway through my walk for Pancreatic Cancer UK, 15 days gone with another 15 to go.

Feeling good and with what I’ve achieved so far I’m going to smash that 200km target by a long way.

Totals so far

225,371 steps which is an average of just over 15,000 steps per day.

142 km - 88 miles which equates to just under 6 miles per day.


Days 1 - 10

Feeling good after the first ten days and well ahead of my target for the month.

Firstly, thank you to all those who have sponsored me so far.
Originally, I set a target of £600 but passed that within the first  few days so I raised it to £800 and guess what ? That was achieved recently so I would love to hit the £1000 if possible so if you are reading this please donate anything you can, even £10 would make all the difference.
