Walking the Herriot Way

My cousin Trish was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer in autumn last year. She has undergone chemotherapy and numerous procedures and hospital stays. Against the odds Trish stubbornly battles on, hitting this despicable disease head on.

I am walking the Herriot Way, a 4 day , 52 mile circular walk in the Yorkshire Dales. I will be joined by family & friends on different days. Trish’s son and his very young family with walk sections of the first day with me. It will be fun, it will be interesting and it might even be challenging however our path pales into insignificance compared to Trish’s journey. We start on Monday 14th September.
