I am fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.

Pancreatic cancer is tough to diagnose, tough to treat and tough to research. Please support me and help make a difference to pancreatic cancer.

Five years ago one of my best friends, Kerry, was diagnosed with pancreatic. I remember vividly her phone call when, ever caring, she asked whether I was sitting down and then told me that she was dying. Kerry and I had been best friends since we were 11, she told me in January and died in October. She was the sweetest person who left behind her parents, husband, four children, young grandson and numerous friends, like me, who still miss her warmth and kindness. I've called my page 'hello you' as that was how she always greeted me and aim to run at least a mile each day to raise £300 for more research to stop others dying from this particularly difficult to treat form of cancer. Please give whatever you can and if you can't afford any cash (and things are difficult the moment) then send your prayers, thoughts and love to those people and their families who are dealing with the impact of pancreatic cancer now.

My donations could fund...

1 hour with a nurse on our Support Line

or
