My Updates

Day 30/30

I/we did it, we did what we set out to do. Thank you so much for your support

Day 28/30

Day 28/30 completed very cold walk, only 2 days left This is part of my/our challenge for raising funds during November.

Whether it's rain or shine I'll be walking every day (2 miles per day) for Pancreatic Cancer UK.

Please sponsor me even if it's just a small amount, in this cause because there needs to be more research into this terrible disease and without their support I wouldn't be here today. Thank you to everyone that is supporting both Robbie and I to complete this challenge.

1st 2 mile walk of challenge

Well I have completed my first 2 mile walk  of November. Thank you to those who have donated so far.

My Pancreatic Cancer Journey

In July 2022 I had a series of scans which revealed that I had a benign tumour on my pancreas. In August 2022 I underwent an operation via keyhole surgery in which 70% of my pancreas was removed along with my spleen. In September this year I got the all clear from my consultant that the tumour had been successfully removed.

I have now decided to help raise funds for continous research into this terrible desease.

I will be working 2 miles each day during the month of November and hope you will support me by donating via this page.

Many thanks

Thank you to my Sponsors
