This year, the Wendron United Annual Youth Sharon Wood Tournament is proud to be raising vital funds for Pancreatic Cancer UK.

Back in 1999, we sadly lost Sharon—a truly wonderful person and a founding member of Wendron United’s youth section—to this devastating disease. Even today, pancreatic cancer continues to claim far too many lives, with a heartbreaking 7 in 10 people diagnosed being told that nothing more can be done. We want to help change that story.

Join us on Sunday, 19th July 2026 to honor Sharon’s incredible legacy, support our young players, and raise money for a cause that means the world to our club.
