This September, I'm walking 194km for the 194 people who die from pancreatic cancer every 7 days in the UK.
Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer in the UK.
Right now, 31 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day in the UK.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 197km remember those we've lost, and stand with those affected by pancreatic cancer.

Traffic Jam
We have spent a wonderful four days in Cornwall, specifically the banks and estuaries of the Helford river. It has been a great way to turn up the kilometers as my feet slowly reco er from last week's blisters. I have been able to get closer to my 197 km target by walking around Port Navas, the grounds of Budock vean Hotel, the foreshore around Helford Passage and Durgan and the beautiful gardens at Glendurgan.

My feet have been severely blistered since last Friday so I have had to have a few days of rest. Yesterday and today I have been taking it a little easy by doing multiple shorter walks to allow my feet to recover.

At the end of day 3 I have walked a total of 36k.
