Support my challenge to fight for a world without pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm hoping to walk 300km for the 197 people who die from pancreatic cancer every 7 days in the UK.
Those who know me well also know how this affected our family when we lost Eileen on 21st August 2019.
Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer in the UK.
Right now, 31 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day in the UK.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to walk 300 km, remember those we've lost, and stand with those affected by pancreatic cancer.

My target was to walk 300km in September & my sponsorship target I initially set at £500. Due to your generosity I smashed £500 even before September began so I set a new goal of £750, & guess what……yes smashed that too, again down your amazing support! A wife, mum and Granny taken way too soon but someone who will always be remembered by her family and friends for her kindness, empathy and compassion. Always missed and always loved.
