I am fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
Pancreatic cancer is tough to diagnose, tough to treat and tough to research. Please support me and help make a difference to pancreatic cancer. My grandad died of pancreatic cancer over 20 years ago and at that time it seemed they couldn’t do anything for him. This needs to change. The number of people effected by this awful illness needs to come down. Daisy and I are planning to cycle 24 miles in one day, around the Brighton area including the downs. So at 0730 we embarked on our 24 mile ride. 2.5 hours later, through drizzle and mist, we had completed just over 24 miles! (40km)Thank you all for your sponsors and your support. ❤️💙💚

Chilly on the fingers !
Half way round a training route I decided to hot foot it to Decathlon for some gloves! The wet and the cold was too much. Three days away now and I've got my icy fingers crossed for no wind.

Training ride
Did a bit of a training ride after work this evening, in the wind and the rain. It was exhilarating!! I'm just glad it was low tide 🥶
I cycled just under 20km, which in 'old money' is 12miles. So half the distance I need to cover on the day.
Fingers crossed this wind drops a little bit! Sorry no pictures from today, selfies on a bike in the wind a quite tricky. Maybe next time 😊
