I am fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
Pancreatic cancer is tough to diagnose, tough to treat and tough to research.
My mum is one of the lucky ones. She was diagnosed early back in 2015, had chemo, radiotherapy, an op to remove the cancer and then more chemo again. She’s a survivor of this terrible cancer but sadly lots of families aren’t as fortunate as mine.
From Monday 4th May, I’ll be doing a 5k each day for 24 days as part of Pancreatic Cancer UK's "Challenge 24". Granted...I’ll walk it (on my treadmill due to covid) but you never know, I might burst into a jog by the end of it!
