I am fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
On the 7th December 2019 my children lost their Grampy to a very short and brutal battle with pancreatic cancer. Since he passed they’ve always been keen on raising money for “Grampy’s charity” in the hope that one day it may go towards helping another family through what we are going through. We initially planned to do this on Dad’s birthday in July, however, lockdown hit and the whole country went on pause. We are now approaching a year since our loss and whilst it is all still very raw we are determined to make something positive of his anniversary and make him proud. Alfie and Archie are only 9 & 7 but they’ve decided a 5k walk is what they’d like to do (route to be confirmed). It will take place on December 7th, exactly a year since we lost him.
