Test Runs - or walks should I say!

Two weeks to go until the big event. I have now walked the whole route in two parts. 
In May my friend Jo and I walked from the starting point in Painswick, back to my house. This totalled about 15km. We had a lovely time chatting non stop and enjoyed the beautiful route. 
Yesterday, I walked solo from my house to the end point of the walk, Wotton under Edge. This half was hilly and hot! I managed to walk the 20km in 4 hours,  in 28c heat. 
I’m pleased to say my friend Kelly has now also registered to join me on this walk so I will have moral support and good company for the double whammy!!

As some of you will know, my Mum was diagnosed with incurable pancreatic cancer back in February 2022. 

I’m raising money for Pancreatic Cancer UK by walking the Cotswold Way challenge on the 24th June. It’s a 30km  route from Painswick to Wotton under Edge, with an elevation of 1000m. 

I would really appreciate your support.
