I'm fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.

I am aiming to complete a challenge to complete 7 tasks of 70 things before I am 70. These range from the strenuous (70 cycle climbs) to the more sedate (sampling 70 whiskeys!)

I want to raise money in memory of people close to me who never, or only just, made it to 70. My long term and very dear friend Carol Pritchard succumbed about 18 months ago, and shortly after my long time and much respected Colleague John Large (although well over 70 by this time) went the same way

We go above and beyond for everyone affected by this disease. Right now, half of people with pancreatic cancer die within three months of diagnosis. Families are left with only hope to hold onto. They need more. So, we do more.

We bring more breakthroughs through research, more change through campaigning, and more support through our expert nurses. We make more noise because people have gone unheard. We are relentless because the disease is ruthless. We care more because people feel forgotten.
