It's been a while but here goes!

Hi everyone, you may know that I've been a keen (but very slow) runner for many years, but I thought it was about time I put my love of running to some good use. 
We lost our lovely Christine to this pernicious illness in 2019, and as a family, we continue to miss her terribly. So, I'm trying to raise much needed funds for continued research and development to help present sufferers, as well as making this dreadful disease history. Please donate a fiver or whatever you can afford in these difficult times. Every donation, regardless of size, is hugely appreciated.
