I'm fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month

So, last year I did a walk for dementia UK.

This year, me and mum are doing a walk for Pancreatic Cancer UK.

For those of you who don't know this year has been ✨a time✨.

We lost my Grandad quite unexpectedly because of this.

My Grandad was an amazing man, he was always there to offer out a house, a lift, some sound advice, or to tell us a story, usually starting with "when I worked at shell...."

Being the only man, surrounded by 11 women, he always made sure we knew how to look after ourselves, made us all insanely independent, and always greeted us with love.

He was the man who never raised his voice (except when I ran Infront of a car once) and he always made sure we were able to look after ourselves.

He was the heart and soul of the family and our hearts are aching.

My Grandad was a fine healthy man and 6 weeks later he was gone. It was fast, traumatic and quite frankly a horrible thing to watch him become a shell of who he once was.

We want to do this to make sure we are doing something to help raise awareness.
