I am fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK

As part of the JS team, I am taking part in 'Challenge 24' (24 people die from pancreatic cancer in the UK every day). Very sadly, our lovely colleague Tony Newson lost his life to this horrible disease recently, shortly after his diagnosis so this is in his memory.

My aim is to run at least 1 mile per day for 24 days in January, I will be topping up with some longer runs and walking too.

Pancreatic cancer is especially tough to diagnose, tough to treat and tough to research. Please support me and help make a difference to pancreatic cancer.

My donations could fund...

2 hours with a nurse on our Support Line

or

1 hour of early diagnosis research

My Updates

Day 2 & 3

Day 2 was beautiful, a 2 mile walk around Beer in Devon on a sunny lunch break and then a 1 mile run along Seaton seafront in the evening.

Day 3 was wet, cold and windy so I ended up on the treadmill, but completed 4 miles!

Day 1

4 mile run along Seaton seafront and up the river
