Day 20.....Challenge complete!!
I didn't know how today was going to go. Woke up feeling horrible and snotty and in agony with my back. Spent most of the day dosed up on painkillers and walking like I've 💩 my pants 🤣
Day 19.....A frosty one

Day 18....almost there...
These last few days are the hardest even to get motivated. I start off ok ( after talking myself into going) then half way round it's like " am I nearly home" 🤦♀️ You'd think after all these days of jogging I'd be at least getting into groove or liking it....nobody likes running 🤣 Well they say it takes 28 days to form a habit and I've been jogging for 18 days...so I've got a bit to go 🙄
Day 17....THIS IS IT!
Today was hard, my legs felt tight 😫 I knew it was a hard one as it was my slowest time ever since starting, BUT it's not about my time at the moment, my aim is to get these miles in in the next 3 days.
Day 16.....Part 2!
It was hard to bring myself to get ready for the 2nd jog after the initial 2mile earlier in the day. Ste came with me whilst Ethan rode his bike and Ste said " don't worry it's not about speed, it's the doing it"
Day 16......Part 1....
As I'm slightly behind in my miles and a race against the clock. Last night was an unexpected rest day, but if I'm honest it was probably needed, I'd done 4 days straight and was starting to feel it in my knees.
Day 15.....Deflated!!
Well I thought I was almost finished, but when I worked out my miles this morning to find out I've been wrong 😫
Day 14....The end is near 🙂
Can't tell you how happy I am to know the challenge is almost over. I just know these last few days/ miles are gonna be the hardest, longest and toughest yet 😫
Day 13...Spring in my step!
Today I was accompanied by Tyler - yay! feel sorry for him really as you know he just wants to be speeding off , but he has to hold back for me 🙄
Day 12....10 days to go!
Well there's 10 days left of my jog 24 miles in November challenge and boy has it been a challenge....probably one of my hardest. I won't be in a hurry to do it again. Although saying that it's helped me lose some inches from my hips and waist so who knows there could be a runner in me yet 🤣
Day 11....Back on it!
After another 3 day rest ...not so much coz I needed it, more of the fact I'm on target to hitting my miles, so there's no need to push myself. BUT that's the wrong mentality, I can't afford to slack off now.
Day 10....Personal Best!
Had to Physc myself up for today's jog, its the one I call "The killer jog" It has 3 small hills and I mean small hills but they make a bloody difference.
Day 9....That was bloody hard!
After a 3 day rest it was sooooo hard to get going 😫 and whist out jogging I remembered how much I hate it and don't like it....but I've committed now so no going back!!
Day 8....This Girl Can
I was weighing up whether to jog today. My legs weren't too bad to be honest. It was simply because got a boozy and busy weekend and I want to keep Sunday for a recovery day from the night before 🤣 but if I didn't go tonight then that would have meant 3 days off, so bit the bullet and went for it 🙂
Day 7....jelly legs
It is sooooo getting harder and hurting more 😫 but never the less still committed to going out.
Day 6....CBA!!
Really struggled to get motivated today to go for a jog. Well to be fair I was prepared for it all day, but when things crop up or are planned and then you have to plan around things!
Day 5.....its raining...its pouring!
Well the rain didn't put me off, I actually like being out in the rain, obviously wrapped up!
Day 4 .....Going solo
Getting into it now, still have to build myself up but once I get started it's not so bad.
Day 3....This time it was different
After a day's rest yesterday which I very much needed as my thighs hurt, it hurt going up and down the stairs, it even hurt sitting on the toilet 🤣
Day 2.....Test route
After yesterday's route and being confused with how many miles I'd actually done....Map My Walk said I'd done 0.03 miles but Samsung Health said I'd done 1.08miles. I decided to do a route that I knew was actually at least a mile (according to Google maps!)
Day 1...ugh
When you've committed to doing something then think "why have I done that" ....that's was today, when realising 24 miles is ALOT when you can't jog!Thank you to my Sponsors
