I'm fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
My hubby and I both turn 60 in 2026 and have a list of 60@60 tasks and challenges to complete - 30 each, some together, some independently. One of mine is to "raise money for charity". I have chosen Pancreatic Cancer UK as I have a dear friend who was recently diagnosed with this terrible condition.
Right now, half of people with pancreatic cancer die within three months of diagnosis. This is a shocking statistic which can only be changed by investment into research and care.
My challenge is to walk 50 miles in March - not all at once but over the month.
