DAY 15 WE’RE HALF WAY THERE🎉💜 Challenge 24 With a heavy reminder of pain today, ive added some facts on what its like to live with pain, from someone with chronic and acute pancreatitis, and knowing others who had pancreatic cancer. It can go so hidden, but for those it effects, it can be so debilitating! People with pancreatic cancer can be misdiagnosed with pancreatitis, due to the familiarity in pain. Pain surrounding the Pancreas: eventually becomes unbearable. It can feel like it's going deep into your body. It usually comes on suddenly and then steadily gets worse, and it can last for days. Were almost finished completing Challenge 24 for Pancreatic Cancer. And, I’ve got to admit is really has been a challenge for me, but nothing in compared to what pancreatic cancer fighters deal with daily. I was reminded today of their pain, having suffered hundreds of pancreatitis attacks growing up (pain from an inflammed pancreas is NO JOKE!) and still nerve damage that causes Phantom Pain (Phantom pain is a painful perception that an individual experiences relating to a limb or an organ that is not physically part of the body). So, i pushed the extra mile today in reminder of the fight.
