Pickleball Harborough is fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
On Sunday 26th January 2025 Pickleball Harborough will be holding their third club tournament to raise funds for Pancreatic Cancer UK. This day is all about raising FUNds for Pancreatic Cancer UK, having FUN and playing lots of pickleball!
In 2019, David Strachan (my husband) was one of the founding members of Pickleball Harborough, however, in August 2022 David was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and after a very short illness he sadly passed away in October. The committee of Pickleball Harborough wanted to remember David by holding this tournament each year and adopting Pancreatic Cancer UK as their charity.
My donations could fund...
61 hours with a nurse on our Support Line
or
27 hours of early diagnosis research
