We go above and beyond for everyone affected by this disease. Families are left with only hope to hold onto. They need more. So, we do more.

We bring more breakthroughs through research, more change through campaigning, and more support through our expert nurses. We make more noise because people have gone unheard. We are relentless because the disease is ruthless. We care more because people feel forgotten.

SATURDAY, I will be completing my final Half Marathon of 2025

A half marathon every month

This one’s going to be a bit special
This one, I have all those who have supported me over the last year joining me for my final 21km

Starting at the Plock Court Park Run 9am, we’ll be circling back a few times to pick up more people along the journey. 
Finishing, of course, with a pint and a hockey game to watch!

CIRENCESTER HALF MARATHON

Race day today…
Wow, Cirencester did not disappoint. The support in the town and organisation was fantastic. The inclines though 🤢
Needless to say, I felt like I put A LOT of pressure on myself for this race, didn’t want to let everyone down. 
That honestly took so much grit to power through. And power through I did, having what can only be described as sickening splits for the final couple of km’s to secure a PB! 
Certainly paying for it now!

It’s been an overwhelming 24 hours to say the least. Since going live with this page, and the fundraising, I can’t actually believe that you wonderful people have pledged over £1000! 

I cannot thank you all enough, from the bottom of my heart, how much this means to me and my family 🥰

And now…

In just over a week and a half, I will be completing Cirencester Half Marathon. This will be 11/12 of ‘Holly’s Halves’ 2025 challenge. 

If you haven’t heard what I’ve been doing, where have you been? 


Long story short, I’ve been crazy enough to have been completing a Half Marathon every month of 2025, both official and non-official routes. (Along with all the training that goes with it)

I am honoured to have been accepted by Pancreatic Cancer UK to fundraise on their behalf for my final 2 half Marathons, a charity very close to my heart at this present time. 


The charity work to raise awareness of this ruthless disease, providing support and councillors for patients and families. 


Please please please, I’ve been crazy enough so far this year, let’s make it in aid of such an amazing cause 

2025 Challenge

For those of you who are not aware, this is what I’ve been doing…

June 2024 - I started to go out on some walks, clear my head etc 
July 2024 - These quickly became a bit too ‘easy’ for me, so downloaded the ‘Couch to 5k’ (for the billionth time) and started to follow the program on my normal walks. 
August 2024 - things escalated quickly and I decided to run my first 10k before returning to school in the September 
November 2024 - Long story short, the distances grew and I randomly ran a half marathon distance in the local area 
December 2024 - ran another 🤦‍♀️ and came up with the idea of running a half marathon every month of 2025, signing up for Gloucester Half Marathon on New Years Eve 

Fast forward to today, 21st October 2025 
6 half marathons in the local area, 4 official half marathons including Gloucester, Worcester, Badminton and Cheltenham, COMPLETED (along with the other 100s of training runs, spanning  956km (to date) 

2 months of the year left to go…
