Dads the word?

By Debbie Morris

I am fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.

Pancreatic cancer is tough – tough to diagnose, tough to treat and tough to research. In the uncertain times we’re currently experiencing, things have become even tougher for people with pancreatic cancer.

I’m taking on Challenge 24 at home to raise money for this vital cause because 24 people are still dying every day from pancreatic cancer.

Given the current state of the world & everyone having to stay at home, it does give us more time to think about everything, including those we have lost. Only 5 months ago I said goodbye to my dad.....but it seems like a lifetime ago since he was here with us😢

I think about him EVERY SINGLE DAY and what a wonderful dad he was and fantastic grandad.

Please support me, as I've chosen to walk a mile every day for 24 days and those that know me will know I dont like walking much. After having ACL surgery the same week as my dads funeral, I doubt very much I'd be able to run it, but I will aim for it nearer the end of my challenge, if possible.....for my dad❤

Together we can make a difference and fund life-saving research.

My donations could fund...

3 hours with a nurse on our Support Line

or

1 hour of early diagnosis research
