I would like to thank everyone for the kind donations and support towards my fundraising, as expected the day went really well even though we had the threat of storm ciara looming over me and heading in from the west. The day in a whole was a success and very exhausting near the end with the terrain that i had chosen to go through. Rather than take the long ridge route around i had decided to drop down through a large gully through a boulder field which was mostly covered by snow and hidden little dips making it more challenging but yet interesting with the scenery that lay around me. Now would i take the same route again i ask myself? most definately.
