In loving memory of Linda Maria Blasse
In July 2025 Ashley and I will be climbing Snowdon in memory of our lovely Mum.Mum was always trying something new but the 3 things that brought her the most joy were her tea & cake breaks, dancing (no matter where she was) and singing, especially with her adored Rock Choir friends.
Some people remember her cooking, her signature black eyed peas that was usually paired with fluffy rice and a perfectly roasted chicken. She got on with everybody and was loved by so many. She was extremely hard working, spending most of her years with the NHS.
Sadly, our wonderful Mum was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in April 2024 and fought with inspiring strength and grace. We lost her 1 month later and she is sorely missed.
Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer with around 10, 500 people diagnosed in the UK each year (Cancer Research UK). With your donation and support we can help develop new tests to help GPs detect pancreatic cancer earlier.
All support and donations are warmly appreciated. We are so thankful for your support.
